Refund policy

At ChandWalls, every piece is precision laser-cut, and many items are made to order. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please share unboxing photos/video via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery for damage claims.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items (custom name signs, personalized car hangings, made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, as these are manufactured specifically for you.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
